Through interviews and Card Sorting techniques with individuals from Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Spain, we were able to identify the most recurring needs and how to address each of them. It was through these insights that we discovered users don’t create better content because they don’t receive genuine and professional feedback on their content. Creating a model where brands pay a small amount of money for feedback and professionals also earn a small fee for providing it turned out to be the most appealing functionality that both brands and professionals were willing to accept.
